Hollandia Truffles is published by the team behind Avalon Magic Plants, a Dutch smartshop that sells Hollandia truffles. The product links on this site go to Avalon. When you buy through such a link, we earn from the sale.
We say this first because it matters for how you read everything else. The site exists because most information about Hollandia online is a shop listing repeated in different words. We wanted one place that explains this single strain properly, including the parts that do not help sales: that its strength rating is a shop classification and not a lab result, who should not take it, which combinations are dangerous, and where it is illegal.
How the information is put together
- Facts about chemistry, effects and risks come from published research and from Dutch public information such as the Trimbos Institute and Jellinek. We link the sources where we use them.
- Statements from the shop, such as the strength estimate and the advised dose, are labelled as the shop's own claims.
- Legal information is checked against the text of the law where possible and dated. It is general information, not legal advice.
- The account on the strength page is a composite of recurring patterns in published experience reports, labelled as such. We do not publish invented testimonials or reviews.
- We make no medical or health claims of any kind.
Every page shows when it was last checked. If something is out of date or wrong, Avalon's customer service can pass it on to us.
